Brenda Garske

Vice President of Finance

Brenda Garske serves as the Vice President of Finance for OCHIN.  As a dynamic leader, she brings with her a wealth of experience in financial, operational, and strategic management.

Since joining OCHIN in 2019, she has successfully managed the budget as OCHIN doubled in capacity. Under Brenda’s leadership, OCHIN secured $8 million in PPE funding, implemented several process improvement procedures leading to better financial controls, and she led an impactful HRIS conversion. 

Prior to coming to OCHIN, Brenda held multiple finance positions within the pediatrics, transportation, and telecom industries. Brenda is a Certified Public Accountant, with a Bachelor’s in Accountancy, a BBA in Economics from the University of Oklahoma, and an EMBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.  Brenda is based in Portland, Oregon.
